True, however they did listen to fan outrage when that monstrosity of a shirt from TFG that has been posted on here from 2005 was released.. I genuinely can’t remember another shirt since then that has seen as much negative feedback..!

Hmm i disagree, i think some of the new Castore kits look decent and the quality is definitely good from the kits I’ve seen of theirs in the flesh.. They sponsor Villa, Wolves, Newcastle and Rangers in the Uk and also supply the kit for Bayer leverkusen, Sevilla, Athletic Bilbao and are apparently close to signing a deal with Hamburg to supply kit for them. Also sponsors the England cricket team and Mclaren and Red Bull F1 teams. They are clearly a very ambitious brand and sponsor some big football clubs and other sports teams. Hardly the ‘sketchers’ of football shirts but each to their own like..

Yeah they aren’t a championship club at ‘least’. It wasn’t that long ago they were averaging 4k at home in league 2 ffs. I have always seen Blackpool as a league 1 club at best. Yes they have a decent history if you want to go back 60/70 years but we are living in 2023 now and not the 1950s. The last time they averaged anything close to what we get at home was in the 1970s..

Agreed. It looks like what you would expect from a second rate brand like O’Neills. It’s no coincidence that the only other professional football club in England to use them are Wycombe Wanderers.. That says it all to me.

It all depends which youngsters Pearson deems as first team ready so to speak. Clearly Bell, Conway and obviously Scott fall into that ‘first team ready’ category as Pearson has already shown faith/trust in those 3 and given them countless starts already this season. Its if he see’s Taylor-Clarke in the same category as the above 3 or if he feels he isn’t quite ready to start a championship game yet. It’s all about protecting younger players and is IMO good man management. You only have to go back to the Lincoln game with Joe low to see what potential damage can be done if a young lad isn’t quite ready.

Interesting Nige said last night after the game that he didn’t want to unnecessarily expose youngsters, especially if it could damage their development. I think personally it would be a huge risk to trust Omar Taylor-Clarke in a midfield duo with King who’s legs look well and truly gone. I would personally go with Sykes in a midfield 3 as @Mr Popodopolous said and drop Scott and Weimann in with him.

This would be my only explanation for why Cornick hasn’t hit the ground running to be fair. He looks a yard off the pace at present, has to be down to fitness.

I like that look of this lineup to be honest. Whatever happens I would like to see Wells lead the line from the start, fancy him to get on the scoresheet tonight.

Plenty of Liverpool ‘fans’ in Bristol that i know haven’t even been to the city of Liverpool let alone stepped inside of Anfield. Absolutely mental.
