Technically it should read that WHILE Lingard thinks he has better options he's not coming here. If Lingard KNOWS he has beter options then he will not be coming here. However, If it turns out those better options don't turn out as good as he thought, or don't materialise, then unlikely as w might think, he might still be coming here. Having said all of that knowing our luck he will just end up at QPR anyway!
