Could be, if they have been posted and not posted first class with tracking, it's certain that somebody in France at it's postal distribution centre will be on strike and tomorrow is bastille day a public holiday, if they are still not strike on Friday many will take the extra day off leading to the weekend and then of course those who did work Friday will take Monday off, won't be leaving the EU part of Europe until Tuesday at the earliest.
