And Its Smith
Assuming those who said loan him out, he ain’t ready have now re-evaluated. Definitely ready and glad he isn’t being loaned out. He can play anywhere across the front as well so valuable player to have. The lad must be on cloud nine right now. JoeAman08
Thought he could have contributed more than he did last season. That said, some minutes here and there and full time training in first team has probably done him the world of good. He looks physically ready which was my worry for him
Lew-T
He’s a busy f***** and I love it. What a breath of a fresh air he is to have up top!
westred1
Really like him. He’s so busy!! Chased everything, ran himself into the ground. Great finisher. Loves the club. Tommy’s gonna get ya!

Still needs to improve his stamina but that will come with playing more games.
johnheadbcfc
Hes not scared of driving at the keeper at every opportunity aswel, definitely does his fair share of tracking back also
steviestevieneville
With Semenyo fit & playing wells or wiemann as well . Championship defences will be bricking it. It’s not just the case of how good our lads are . Defences can’t play a high line against us because they’ll get destroyed
The Swan and Cemetery
Like how they tried to batter him, but he kept coming back for more.
Numero Uno
Don’t forget he’s a young lad with plenty to learn and no doubt some of the better Managers at our level, analysts and the like will find a way to stop him for a few games. Let’s not revert to type and call him shit or a flash in the pan if he has 2-3 quiet games……….. 10
1960maaan
I watched him a few times in the U21s, always thought he looked the most promising. When Britton was scoring shed loads, Conway was the one with the touch and movement. Now he has Wells and Weimann to help him he looks the real deal, I hope he can keep this run going for a while.
CodeRed
He's been given a chance and he's taken it .....with both hands and is saying to Nige I'm going to put in a performance that means you can't drop me. Scored, worked hard for the team, took a few whacks without complaint, ran all game, mom and played with a smile. Great attitude for a young lad. Well done.
ChippenhamRed
Love how the academy is becoming an increasingly consistent source of Championship-standard talent.
Gazred
He's a dynamic, predator type for sure. I don't know what the modern stat is, offensive awareness? He has it. That also goes for his defending from the front. Aggressive and with purpose.
Bazooka Joe
At the moment, Conway is full of energy, evidently enthusiastic and pleased to be out there, hungry for the ball, and determined to score goals and impress. Looks proud to wear the shirt, and delighted to be pleasing the crowd, Has justified his wages and deserves a bonus, That's just how it should be, Rock on Tommy ! Southbristolred1
Reminds me a lot of Bobby Reid, tons of energy, good hold up play for his size and chases lost causes.

ciderwithtommy
He is seriously good. Movement is exceptional, and his awareness of space. Add his work rate and finishing, we are fast becoming a nightmare of a team to play against. Hats off to the academy, Semenyo Scott and Conway (I know they have all had different paths) are players you want to watch!

bcfc01
Tommy Conway is the real deal. More than ready for the Championship. Got battered today and came back for more, turned that static unit they had numerous times and eventually got him booked. Lost the big unit for his goal no problem. Great future for the lad.

Henry
I think having two seasons training with the 1st team has really helped him get used to being kicked around. Under previous regimes, he’d just be building up his L1 loan.

Fontaineofallknowledge
He's a massive bonus and his performances this season are what you would expect from a £5m signing on £25k pw well done to the academy and I look forward to seeing this lad develop further-great stuff
