Agree with the comments about Mardle. The commentators of years gone by - Waddell, Gwynne, Lanning, Pearson - were all quality but the current lot aren’t great, Webster and Part probably being the best. And the less said about the crowd, the better. It’s always the same songs every session and it occurred to me that order to generate some atmosphere the organisers feed a loop to stimulate the crowd. Darts is not only huge in Holland and Belgium but in Germany as well. 800 German fans following Clemens tonight. Only negative now is that Clemens plays Bully Boy who’s my tip to win it.
