Coincidence that it follows a win?

I’ll take what I can get. I suspect it’s about trying to placate supporters a little before season ticket sales are announced.

Follow the Money!

I would love to know when this was arranged!

Prepare for Bristol Sport buzzword/phrase bingo.

Have to hope that the journo goes beyond the banal, such as, "can you understand the fans frustration?".

I have little faith in Radio Drivel Journo’s.

However they were forced recently to get a little more “journalistic”

So hopefully I won’t have to listen to the same Radio Bristol reporter/club apologist that I did on Saturday giving his opinion for an age!

I get it. If you are too rough you run the risk of not getting stories and cooperation of the club. But guess what you’re not! Don’t let the club use you or our radio station as another  unofficial platform, we have that already!

Will we be able to ask him questions does anyone know?

Tweet @bbcbristolsport

I’ve DMd Ed Hadwin.  No idea if they’ll ask it.  It’s only a simple - is the style what you’d thought it would be.

Equally: Brian, you said that Liam and Chris were "brilliant" coaches on the grass, quite a word to use there. From what we've seen so far, are they equally good at in-game management? Surely the practical application of coaching and game planning is not down to the players alone when the whistle blows? Do you think they should shoulder more responsibility for performances of late?

My 2 for the Bullshit bingo

1) The players are loving Manning, queuing up outside his door for his wisdom, sometimes waiting hours after they could leave to be blessed with his tactical prowess.

2) We have an unbelievable u15 who just today turned down Real Madrid, Barcelona & Man City because he could see the pathway here

Good question especially how late we have been advised

I don't hold any hope that this will be a Q&A with anyone outside of the studio

How long before he mentions the Leicester game?

No chance of a Q&A , I would be surprised if he hasn't asked for an idea what he will be asked by Ed Hadwin before he goes on.
I really miss GT for this type of interview.

Why do you bang on about the Southampton game?

Everyone was delighted with the win but no-one was fooled into thinking that was the team's true league form because we'd lost 4 of the 6 league games before that and then 4 of the 5 league games since.

So again, why do you keep saying "everything was alright" after Southampton?

Or do you take us for mugs?

“You’ve said this is the best squad you’ve ever seen this club have, it’s currently in 13th. Is that not a massive under achievement? Or a huge over statement in your previous comment?”

Except what we will actually get, is…

”Brilliant win yesterday, a clean sheet, 21,000 inside Ashton Gate, you must be absolutely buzzing?”

Proberly only a select few and vetted at that..

Exactly. When he was at Senior Reds  earlier this year he would only take written questions. Obviously he only dealt with the "comfortable' ones🙄

And those answers were a bit 🤥

Why was Nige sacked and how much involvement did you have in the decision Brian?

I don’t think you’d get good answers to either of those. The ‘why’ has already been answered, so it would just be a repeat of what Jon said at the time.

The involvement question he’d just say decisions like that are made as a collective blah blah.

If he answered them honestly under truth serum they’d be worth asking. not in this context though.

Geoff would..Owers might.

Don't have any faith in the rest from that angle.

Owers would but he’s not a journalist. Someone like Ali Durden would be great for a show like this, unfortunately as he was a talented local journalist he got better opportunities.

It was very impressive how 20man won City fans over despite being a Rovers man. I always felt he was very balanced considering.

How did he cope with the ones that were correctly spelled…that must have been a challenge…

Is there such a thing as "truth serum"?

If so I hope my wife never discovers it! 😳

That didn’t stop them using Joe Sims.  Nothing against Joe, nice bloke, but it was a kick the teeth for bbc Bristol Sport that they weren’t used for the Jon Lansdown interview

Well I was calling for BT to get himself of sotc so fair play. Just hope we now have unvetted questions.

Can’t see it mate. Pre-scripted whitewashing of the Lansdown rhetoric I would think. It’s a definite listen just to see how bad it is.

Owers is pretty straight isn’t he?

Very. Especially after the game yesterday. Thought he continually brought the presenter(can’t remember his name not keen though) back to the question of what we were promised from the Club and what we’re actually seeing. Thought he was great yesterday.
Saw the game exactly like most fans did and wasn’t accepting any old flannel from the presenter.

Hopefully not the same as on Saturday. The second caller who criticised the first caller for saying it wasn’t an entertaining game and then made the comment as he had gone to Ipswich midweek his view was more important than others !!

“All happy when we beat Boro and Southampton. Dipped below standards since then. Disappointed with the last few games. I feel the unrest too.”

“Handled Sunday really well. Didn’t grip the game first half. Played much better second half.”

No chance they’ll recognise the 6 winless games before that.  Cup games shrouding league imho
