Why do they think that the share price would dip if they sacked him/tore up his contract, surely he isn't seen as one of their more attractive assets as far as buyers are concerned? I also thought them 'consulting' with their womens team players is passing the buck of the decision a bit - if he stayed then they can point to them when the inevitable uproar happens.
