Northern Red
I wouldn’t take it for granted that we'll be given the full explanation, at least not officially. And there may well be very good reasons for that, if it's something either commercially sensitive or of a personal nature.

Might make SOTC interesting tomorrow.

Alexander leaving means we're onto potentially our 4th CEO in two and a half years. Ashton left on 31 May 2021, Gould at the end of January 2023, and now Alexander. Stability of ownership, manager and head of development more important and we have that - would have preferred if RG had stayed but ECB came calling and that's a huge role. New CEO has not been in place long enough to be missed.
2015
This feels very similar to what happened after 2015/16 transfer window. Was it John Pelling who got thrown under the bus first?

B-Rizzle
We don’t have details yet but am surprised how many people seem really attached to Alexander and are furious about this. Has he done that good a job so far? Too early to tell really but can’t say I’m overly fussed. Think many are using it to push an anti SL agenda without knowing any facts.

Has to be towing the party line and be fully signed up to Lansdown Inc behind the scenes too. There was some noises he, like others before him, was troubled by the footballing operation. One thing for sure, is there is nowhere to hide for Steve and Jon now, and one of them needs to give a statement on this & a general footballing update. 11

BS3City
You can either speculate the **** out of everything with a big chance of looking a dick. Or you can keep your powder dry and wait until the dust settles before making judgement. I think I'll wait and see what the club say... 2

Fordy62
Things appear good on the pitch. So long as that’s the case, I’m not entirely that bothered who our CEO is. A bit meh for me. Certainly not gonna lose any sleep over it.
