They pretty much only report facts so if they say a bid has been accepted and he's in talks then that is what is happening. Don't necessarily agree there. Transfer negotiations can take a couple of days. It looks like it's gonna be this week if he does come but I wouldn't be shocked if nothing was finalised today.
