Watching the video the kit actually looks quite decent.

The one thing I wasn't sure of, is that symbol some kind of representation of Ashton Gate across the back of the neck?

It's the side view silhouette of the stadium. I've seen it on BS paperwork etc

It wouldnt have raised an eyebrow since Rovers were playing in black and white stripes at that time, and didnt start wearing blue until 1930.

So Roverzzzz nicked the idea of playing in blue off of us...interesting.

Again a point is being missed.

The use of Bristol Sport should provide more flexibility in design and pricing.

It creates an opportunity for fans to be included in shaping the identity of the FC with a supplier.

Bristol Sport - AB is very open in discussion about talking about brands. He has stated in the past that Bristol Sport need to concentrate more on the Bristol City brand v the Bristol Sport brand. Brand, brand, brand .. Not tradition, not identity, BCFC is a brand.

If Bristol Sport do not include fans (the reason for the clubs existence) in branding decisions, be that #, Bristol, #Makingbristolproud, red Shorts, red Crests they are rebranding the club and its fans.

It would be better to concentrate more on the Bristol City brand with fans, instead of excluding them. The former can be marketed as a positive, the latter? Autocratic, arrogant, crass ..

No one's saying it's not a good idea, but people are taking pot shots at Bristol Sport itself about it not being done.

The fact is including fans in design/choices has practically never been done in our history (votes etc. were possible under Puma, Adidas, TFG - other clubs have done it albeit very rarely) so bringing BS into it is irrelevant really.
